The Z83 Forms :
is the official form used to apply for South African government jobs, internships, learnerships, and trainee programmes.
The current version is the amended Z83 form effective from 1 January 2026, and it is still the required version in 2026.

How to complete the Z83:
• Fill in all sections completely.
• Use the correct job reference number from the advert.
• Write “N/A” where a section does not apply.
• Sign and date the declaration section.
• Attach a detailed CV.
• Submit before the closing date stated in the advert.
(Unisa) Important:
Using an old Z83 can result in your application being rejected.
Only the version effective from 1 January 2026 should be used.
